  • As an initial step I encourage prospective clients to book a free 30 minute consultation.

  • This is a confidential, non-judgemental opportunity to discuss what you are looking for from coaching and for me to answer any questions that you have about my coaching approach/experience and the practicalities of wider coaching process.

  • Coaching in an ongoing investment in yourself rather than a "magic bullet" and studies have shown that the level of rapport between the Coach and Client is often more critical to successful coaching outcomes than the specific areas of expertise of the Coach.

  • If, at the end of the consultation, you feel you could benefit from working from me and I feel confident that I can help you, we can book an initial block of Coaching Sessions.  If not, I am happy to recommend alternative avenues of support.

Executive Coaching Experience and Accreditation

I am a Solution Focused, Strengths-Based coach with 15+ years’ experience leading, training, developing, and integrating editorial teams for LexisNexis, part of the FTSE 100 listed RELX Group, a leading global provider of legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics.

I received rigorous Executive Coaching training under the RELX Group's "Velocity Scheme", an intensive 16-month programme accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and delivered by trainers from the Henley Business School.

Through successful completion of the programme I gained an ILM accredited academic qualification in Coaching and Mentoring  along with wide-ranging practical experience of delivering executive coaching. This took the form of 200+ hours of 1-to-1 Coaching to employees at all levels of the business. I also acted as a Coaching Supervisor and Mentor for subsequent Cadres of Coaches.

ADHD and "Executive Functioning" Coaching and Accreditation

Since leaving the RELX Group I have undertaken specialist training in coaching for ADHD and executive functioning deficits by completing to Advanced Level  the ADHD Coach Training Programme with ADDCA (the ADD Coach Academy).

This is the only specialist training programme to be fully accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and the PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches).

This has given me niche expertise in an area of coaching about which I am really passionate, namely that of “executive functioning”, challenges of which are central to ADHD, autism, dyspraxia and dyslexia and exacerbated by stress, anxiety, depression and many other mental health conditions.

Improving our “executive functioning” and learning to understand and work with our own unique brain wiring plays a pivotal role in our mental well-being, productivity and ability to work, learn and interact with others in ways which best optimise our strengths.

Specialist coaching in this area can provide bespoke and sustainable solutions to mitigate the individual challenges which are preventing us from achieving our personal and professional goals.

Additionally, it can provide a supportive environment to work collaboratively to devise and test new strategies to manage the frustrations and inconsistencies implicit in these challenges.

Specialist Coaching for ADHD

I offer customised coaching and support for adults and students diagnosed with ADHD, their families, or for those without a formal diagnosis who feel they would benefit from coaching in one or a number of the key areas of impairment associated with ADHD.

I am passionate about raising awareness around this often under-diagnosed, misdiagnosed or misunderstood lifespan condition which is estimated to impact around 5-7 percent of adults and children worldwide.

I have lived experience of the huge practical and emotional challenges of coping with undiagnosed ADHD, having belatedly received an ADHD diagnosis aged 38. Similarly, I have compassion and insight into the complexity and unpredictability of managing this condition on an ongoing basis.
